Polish Secretary of State Marcin Pryzdacs speaks to Euronews on the ongoing constitutional crisis in Poland. On Friday, Polish police were dispatched to the tribunal court to defend Prime Minister Tusk's changes to the judiciary.

He comments that there was "absolutely no legal basis for such behaviour", reinforced by two of the highest judges in Poland. He claims that with Tusk's actions, there is a definite "consitutional crisis", saying that judges appointed to the national tribunal courts "should be legitimate legal judges, not Tusk's judges."

He added that there is "a need for any kind of a restart" for this constitutional issue.
