Six-year-old Chinese speedcuber Lian Yunzhi broke the women’s 3x3 Rubik’s Cube world record twice in just three days, setting an average time of 4.27 seconds.
Six-year-old Chinese girl Lian Yunzhi has twice broken the women’s world record for solving a 3x3 Rubik’s Cube in just three days.
She first set a record with an average time of 4.52 seconds at a competition in Wuhan, before improving it to 4.27 seconds in Guangzhou.
Footage from Wuhan shows Lian moving her fingers rapidly through the cube, completing one solve in around 3.54 seconds.
She began solving cubes at the age of four and has since mastered more than 1,300 formulas.
