The changes are aimed at strengthening the digital economy, encouraging innovation and attracting more international investment.
The reforms cover taxation, investment, R&D, infrastructure and access to talent, while giving startups and venture investors new legal tools. Speaking on Business Horizons, Farid Osmanov outlined the aim of creating a more competitive innovation ecosystem, where companies can reinvest in growth, develop digital products and expand into international markets. On location, representatives of a technology hub highlighted the growing number of startups operating from Azerbaijan and serving clients abroad. The new framework is designed to support the development of the national tech ecosystem and expand its international reach.
