Video. Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Pekanov said the EU must "retain policies like cohesion" in its next long-term budget. While acknowledging negotiations "will take months", he backed reaching a deal by the end of the year, saying it is "better to reach a solution fast".
