US President Donald Trump’s deal to lift restrictions on Russian diesel sends a “very bad signal” and is driven by dubious business motives, MEP Rihard Kols told Euronews’ Special Report.

Kols is among more than 100 MEPs calling on the EU in a signed letter to maintain its support for Ukraine and impose a full embargo on Russian oil and gas imports into the bloc. He also told Euronews that EU member states continuing to import Russian energy lack moral standing.
